Accessibility Statement

Our goal
We want everyone to be able to find and apply for jobs on AIfirst.jobs. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
What we do
- One high-contrast dark theme, with text colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- A "Skip to main content" link and a visible focus outline on every interactive element.
- Forms with visible labels, an error summary that receives focus, and errors linked to each field.
- Dialogs that keep keyboard focus inside, close with Escape and return focus when closed.
- The bot check on forms is invisible and does not ask you to solve a puzzle.
Conformance status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: some parts do not yet fully meet it. This assessment is our own review; the site has not been audited by an independent body.
Known issues
- The "Subscribe" button of the newsletter form, the submit button of the "Claim this listing" form and the button in sponsored-link boxes use white text on green, which is below the required contrast ratio.
- In the "Claim this listing" dialog, the company field's label is not programmatically linked to the field, and errors are not linked to the email field.
- The "Claim this listing" dialog confirms that a request was sent even if sending failed.
- Job descriptions listed from other sites keep the formatting of the original posting, which may not always use correct headings or lists.
We are working to fix these. If one of them stops you from doing something, contact us and we will help directly.
Feedback and help
