Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
AIfirst.jobs (the "service", https://aifirst.jobs) is run by HYPERTEK, 97-400 Bełchatów, Mioceńska 2/3, Poland (NIP 7691938651, entered in CEIDG) ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
These terms govern your use of the service. They are also the service rules (regulamin) under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie and Storage Notice and Copyright, Takedown and Notice-and-Action Policy explain related topics. You can save or print all of them free of charge.
2. What the service does
- Job listings. We show AI-related jobs. Some are posted directly by employers with an account (marked "Direct"); the rest are listed from companies' public career pages and job feeds, with the source named and linked.
- Applying. For direct posts you can apply without an account; we email your application and CV to the employer and do not store them. For listings from other sites, "Apply" takes you to the original posting.
- Weekly digest. A free email of selected jobs, sent only after you confirm your subscription.
- Employer accounts. Employers can post and manage jobs and see view and application counts.
The service is free for job seekers and employers. We will not charge you without your express prior agreement to separate terms.
Technical requirements: a current web browser with JavaScript enabled and an email address. Some features (applying, the digest) need you to receive email.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old to apply through the site, subscribe or create an account. Employer accounts are for businesses: you must use a company email address (free email providers are not accepted) and be authorised to act for the company you name.
4. Sponsored and affiliate links
Some pages may show links to third-party products, always marked "Sponsored". If you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored links never change which jobs we show or their order. The third party's own terms apply to anything you do on its site.
5. How jobs are selected and ordered
- We only list jobs we consider AI-related. Listings are classified automatically by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) from their title and description. The model assigns a role category and technology labels, and listings it judges not AI-related, or classifies with low confidence, are hidden or held for review. This applies to direct posts too. Classification can be wrong; tell us if it is.
- The feed is ordered by posting date (newest first) by default. You can choose to sort by highest pay instead and filter by role, location, work mode, seniority, technology and minimum rate. Pay comparisons are converted to US dollars per hour using European Central Bank exchange rates.
- The weekly digest includes up to 15 active jobs that state a pay rate, with direct posts first and then the newest.
- Nobody can pay for a higher position. If we ever offer paid placement, it will be clearly labelled.
6. For job seekers
- Only send information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. Do not apply in someone else's name.
- We are not the employer and not a recruitment agency. We do not take part in hiring decisions and cannot guarantee that a job is still open, that an employer will reply, or that a listing is accurate.
- Listings from other sites are reproduced as published at the source. Always check the original posting before you apply.
- Never pay anyone to apply for a job. Report suspicious listings to us (section 9).
7. For employers: listing rules
By posting a job you confirm that:
- the job is real and open, you are authorised to recruit for it, and the details (title, pay, location, work mode) are accurate;
- the listing complies with the employment, anti-discrimination and equal-pay laws that apply to you, including pay-transparency and gender-neutral advertising rules where you recruit (for example the EU Pay Transparency Directive as implemented in your country, the Polish Labour Code, and US federal and state equal-opportunity and pay-disclosure laws);
- you will not ask candidates for fees, collect applications for anything other than the advertised job, or post content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes anyone's rights;
- you will handle the applications you receive as an independent controller under data protection law, use them only to recruit for the advertised job, and keep them secure.
You keep the rights to your content. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, format, classify, translate the currency of, and share your listings (including in the digest and in search-engine job data) for as long as they are published on the service.
Keep your login details secure. You can close your account at any time by emailing us; your jobs and their statistics are deleted with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms (section 9).
8. Listings from other sites
Listings without the "Direct" mark are collected from companies' public career pages and job feeds. We name and link the source, and the content remains the property of its owner. We check these links regularly and mark listings as expired when the original posting is gone. If you represent the company and want a listing corrected or removed, or want to manage it yourself, use "Claim this listing" on the job or follow our takedown process.
9. Reporting content and how we moderate
Anyone can report a listing they believe is illegal, fraudulent or against these terms by emailing [email protected], following the notice-and-action process. This address is also our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (Art. 11 and 12); we accept messages in English and Polish.
We may remove or hide a listing, or suspend an account, if it breaks the law or these terms. Our automated tools are: the bot check on forms, the block on free email providers for employer sign-up, and the AI classification described in section 5. People review reports and complaints. When we restrict an employer's content or account, we tell the employer the reasons, the facts relied on, whether automated means were involved, and how to challenge the decision. You can challenge any moderation decision by replying to us within six months; you may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Art. 21 of the Digital Services Act, or go to court.
10. Acceptable use
Do not: break the law using the service; send spam or automated submissions; try to get around the bot check, rate limits or access controls; scrape the service in a way that burdens it; or interfere with its security or operation.
11. Our content
The site design, code, logo and our own texts belong to us or our licensors. Job content belongs to the employers and sources that published it.
12. Availability and liability
We provide the service free of charge and "as is". We try to keep it running and accurate but cannot guarantee that it is always available, error-free, or that listings, pay figures or currency conversions are correct. We are not responsible for employers' hiring decisions or for third-party sites we link to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional harm or, for consumers, any rights under mandatory consumer-protection law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit.
13. Complaints
Send complaints about the service to [email protected] or by post to 97-400 Bełchatów, Mioceńska 2/3, Poland. Tell us what happened and how to reach you. We will reply by email within 14 days. Consumers in Poland may also use the free help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).
14. Changes and ending use
You can stop using the service at any time, unsubscribe from the digest with one click, or ask us to close your employer account. We may change these terms for good reason (such as new features or legal changes); we will publish the new version here with its date and email employers and subscribers at least 14 days before a material change applies. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes go to the competent courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring proceedings there.
